Initiate Your Return

Package Your Gear
Ensure all darts, flights, and accessories are in their original packaging; please note that used or damaged flights and shafts cannot be accepted for hygiene and quality reasons.
Ship It Back
Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized shipping point, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
